Sourcing Policy

Good quality ingredients is a must to obtain good results and this is always keptin mind. Food is sourced locally wherever possible. Very few, if any, processed food is used. Meat and eggs are free range.

Sustainability Policy

Sustainability is always considered.  All the dishes are determined according to the season. Buying organic whenever possible, buying with less packaging, buying local and seasonal and always recycling and reusing are our motto.

Although there is a free parking place available, we suggest you to join the Turkish Cooking Class using public transport, if possible. It is a very short walk (0,1 miles) from Stratford station (Central Line). Also reachable by several buses.

Sourcing Policy

We care passionately about good quality food and all food is sourced locally wherever possible, usually within walking distance from the kitchen.

Recycling Policy

There is a recycle possibility in premises, where all paper, plastic, cardboard, tins and glass are all recycled.

All food prepared during class is eaten, if not finished taken away by the participants.

We keep printing is kept to minimum and recipes are sent to participants via e-mail to participants after class.
