Terms and Conditions

  • Places are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment must be done in full, at time of booking.
  • Payment can be made either through credit card or or PayPal. Invoices will be issued, so invoice and payment details will be required. Customer information will not be shared with other parties.
  • Once a ticket has been booked and paid for you will receive a confirmation email.
  • All bookings are strictly non-refundable but they are fully transferable for the date you have booked. If you are unable to attend you are free to send someone else in your place for the same workshop that you booked for, but please let us know who will be replacing you.
  • The contact details provided on booking will be used for all correspondence so please let us know of any changes.
  • The advertised menu is a guideline only.  The exact menu is liable to change according to what is available at any given time.
  • If a workshop is under-subscribed or has to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons we will notify all attendees immediately and you will receive a full refund.
  • Please let us know of any food allergies when booking. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for severe allergies as we use nuts and other allergens in our kitchen.
  • Alcohol is not served.
  • Cooking involves working with knives and kitchen stoves, ovens and other hazards. You will be briefed on health and safety, and we accept no responsibility for injuries or illness that may result.
  • Turkish Cooking Lessons have public liability insurance.
  • We often take photos at our events for publicity purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, or would like your image to be removed from our website, Facebook or other sites, please let us know.
