Not only were the classes professionally organized they were also good fun.

It is with great pleasure that I have been given the opportunity to write a reference for Nese Yurtcu.

I have been attending Nese’s Turkish Cooking classes for a period of approximately two years while Nese lived in Zekeriyakoy.

Not only were the classes professionally organized they were also good fun, very comforting and relaxed. My love for Turkish food and preparation of Turkish food was improved hugely during this time and the fact that we all sat together for a lovely lunch prepared during each class made it so enjoyable. We were even able to take home left overs!

I would highly recommend Nese Yurtcu not only for her wonderful cooking classes but as lovely and gifted person to learn from.

I wish Nese all the very best for the future and will look forward to one day attending more of her cooking classes when back in Istanbul.
